Google Maps’ enhanced Immersive Navigation is being rolled out to Android Auto. The change offers a larger map display, a real-time lane guidance and on-screen building comparisons to aid motorists. Reports from Android Authority, XDA and Android Police show phased rollouts this week. This upgrade is called Android Auto’s biggest visual refresh in 2026.
