Arena REIT announced the entry into voluntary administration once notifications about the situation of the childcare group arrived.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was appointed as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have begun oversee the running and financial situation of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 received formal notice about the proceedings. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing an unclear fate while KordaMentha manages the process.
