Authorities in the Quebec town are investigating claims that several women were injected with GHB at the Festival Western de Saint-Tite.

Multiple women state they were jabbed with needles unknowingly during the festival.

GHB is a depressant.

State police have confirmed an active probe into these incidents.

Provincial police are now reviewing the claims made by the victims who have come forward.
