The Scottish Government has pledged a £14m funding package towards the restoration of Glasgow's People's Palace and Winter Gardens. Total expenses for the museum project now pass £50m. The famous site aiming to re-open the Glasgow museum and gardens has remained closed for a long time.
BBC and The Herald reported the venue is expected to stay closed until 2029.
