A federal judge turned down laws championed by Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. The rules let undocumented students pay cheaper in-state tuition at state schools. Earlier court decisions also struck down Illinois’ sanctuary policies and other Pritzker actions on immigration. The Trump administration has also been winning similar cases. No word yet from the Illinois Attorney General on the latest case.
