Michael Taaffe earned his first NFL start. He left with his first career interception. The Miami Dolphins rookie safety grabbed a pass from Kirk Cousins after the break. Taaffe started at safety with Zayne Anderson. Dante Trader Jr. was not in the starting pair. The interception happened on the drive that opened the half. It gave Miami possession for the opening series of the half. Kirk Cousins later threw his third scoring pass. That put them up 24-13 on the scoreboard. Taaffe's takeaway was the rookie's maiden NFL interception of his career.
