The National Rugby League recently changed its rules to grant Jai Arrow special dispensation. The amendment follows his forced retirement from rugby league owing to motor neurone disease. This special dispensation allows Arrow to reach 100 games for the South Sydney Rabbitohs. Overcome Rabbitohs players were informed of the decision. He can now achieve a century.
